Ordering
By placing an order you confirm that the details you give are correct. Please review your order before submitting it. Orders are confirmed only after the advance is received (or on our confirmation for Cash on Delivery orders).
Advance & discount
A 20% advance confirms your order and the balance is paid on delivery. If you pay 100% in advance, Rs. 100 is deducted from your order total.
Pricing
All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (Rs.). We may change prices or availability without notice; the price at the time you order applies to your order.
Shipping
Delivery times and charges are listed on our Shipping Policy. Free shipping applies to orders above Rs. 10,000. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.
Exchange
We exchange only if we deliver the wrong or a damaged item, reported within 24 hours of delivery with parcel photos. No exchange for change of mind or a wrong size ordered by the customer. Sale items are final. See our Returns & Exchange page.
Custom orders
Custom colours, fabric and designs need 3–7 extra days and are made only after your confirmation. Custom orders cannot be cancelled once crafting has started.
Handmade products
Natural dyes and hand-tying mean small variations between pieces and from photos. These are part of the craft.
Liability
To the extent allowed by law, HnS Chunri’s liability for any order is limited to the value of that order. We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, weather or events outside our control.
