Order confirmation advance
A 20% advance confirms your order and the balance is paid on delivery. If you pay 100% in advance we take Rs. 100 OFF your order. Advance payments go to Easypaisa 03150067094 (HnSChunri); please send the screenshot on WhatsApp.
Dispatch timeline
- Orders confirmed before 12 PM are dispatched the same day.
- Orders confirmed after 12 PM are dispatched the next business day.
- Custom orders need 3–7 extra days for crafting.
- During Eid and the festive season, please allow 1–2 extra days.

After dispatch we send you a 14-digit PostEx tracking number by SMS or WhatsApp. Use it on our Track Your Order page.
Packaging
Every order arrives in our signature black gift packaging with tissue and a handwritten thank-you note. Fragile pieces get extra protective wrapping.
